My discussion with my Physician

I had an interesting meeting with my doctor in August.

I was submit a form to my employer, for wellness scoring and getting insurance credits for tracking your health.

For this, I needed the doctor to sign off on the final results.

I had completed my blood work and had my vitals checked in.

The cholesterol and triglycerides were down, and moving in the right direction but not out of the woods.

I knew my doctor would talk about Statins and other medications.

That is the playbook, prescribe medications.

I prepared a read out for the doctor.

Credit to the doctor, he read the entire document properly. asked me several questions.

He was also elated to see the commitment and the progress I was making.

We parted ways with him suggesting that I do a recheck in November/December time frame and see how things are looking.

Have you had a discussion like this with your doctor?
